Keep every timer busy
You have a builder, a research queue and training queues. An idle queue is lost progress. Before you log off, start the longest upgrade, the longest research and a full training batch. Use speedups only to finish something that unlocks the next step, never on a random building.
Headquarters order
Follow the chapter missions. They point at the buildings your headquarters needs next and pay you for doing them. Upgrade resource buildings only when they block the headquarters; the map and events give far more resources than your farms.
Research priorities
- Development tree for build and research speed, which pays back on everything else.
- Battle tree for your chosen troop type, not all three.
- Economy only for gathering speed if you gather a lot.
Alliance help is a multiplier
Every help from an alliance member cuts a timer. An active alliance of a hundred players is worth more than any pack. Join one on day one, help others every time you log in and donate to alliance tech daily for the store currency.
Time upgrades to events
Weekly events reward building, research and training. Hold a big headquarters upgrade until the building event starts, then finish it with speedups for double value. The same goes for training large troop batches.
Protect your resources
Spend resources before you log off so there is nothing to steal. Keep a shield active during big events when the server fights, and move your settlement into alliance territory. Resources in your bag (items) cannot be plundered, so claim rewards only when you need them.
The daily loop
| Step | Why |
|---|---|
| Claim daily and alliance rewards | Speedups, resources and store currency |
| Explorer Trail and Intel | Hero fragments and experience |
| Kill infected on the map | Hero experience and chests |
| Help alliance members | Alliance points and goodwill |
| Restart all timers | No idle queues |
FAQ
What is the fastest way to level headquarters in State of Survival?
Follow chapter missions, keep the builder busy, use alliance help on every timer and finish big upgrades during building events.
Should I use speedups on everything?
No. Save speedups for upgrades that unlock the next step and for events that reward finishing timers.
