Only ONE new player code per accountNew player codes must be used before you reach level 15 and within 24 hours of creating the account. Pick one, because a second one will not work.
Types of Raid promo codes
- New player codes: one per account, early in the game, and they give a champion plus resources.
- Time-limited codes: work for any account between a start and an end date.
- Link codes: you open a special link on the device you play on and the reward appears after you reach a set level.
- Event codes: hidden in Plarium's events and videos, for a short time.
Codes are one-time use per account, and you can redeem one code per day.
New player codes (free champion)
Each code gives one champion and a bundle of resources. Popular picks are Grand Oak Padraig for a strong support, Coldheart for early damage and Ultimate Deathknight for a sturdy tank. Some codes tied to regional campaigns may not work on every server.

How to redeem a Raid promo code
- Log in to Raid: Shadow Legends. Use the account you want the reward on.
- Open the menu on the left side of the screen.
- Tap Promo Codes. Enter the code and confirm.
- Collect from your mailbox. The chest icon at the top right. Mail items expire, often after 7 days, so collect soon.
Redeeming on iOS
The in-game promo code section is not available on iOS. iOS players, and anyone else, can redeem on Plarium's official page: plarium.com/en/redeem/raid-shadow-legends. A code still works only once per account, whatever platform you use.
Link codes
- Open the link on the device you play on. It opens a download page for Raid.
- Open the app instead of downloading again.
- Reach level 15. A popup then shows your reward, which goes to your mailbox.
Which free champion should you pick?
| Champion | Code | Why pick it |
|---|---|---|
| Grand Oak Padraig | GETGRANDOAK | Strong support with healing and cleansing, useful in many modes. |
| Coldheart | HEARTOFCOLD | Early damage dealer that helps clear dungeons and Arena. |
| Ultimate Deathknight | UDKING | Tough tank who keeps the team alive in long fights. |
| Pelops the Victor | SUPERVICTORY | Argonite champion, good for collectors of the newest faction. |
Learn more about each faction on our Raid factions page.

- The code is tied to a region or a promotion that is not active on your server.
- You already redeemed a code today. Try again tomorrow.
- It is a Plarium Play only code and you are on mobile.
FAQ
What is the best Raid Shadow Legends promo code?
For most new players GETGRANDOAK (Grand Oak Padraig) or HEARTOFCOLD (Coldheart). You can use only one new player code per account.
How do I redeem Raid codes on iPhone?

Where do the rewards go?
To your in-game mailbox, the chest icon at the top right. Collect them before they expire.
