About MobileGamesGuide – Free-to-Play Gaming Hub

About MobileGamesGuide

MobileGamesGuide is a hub for current information on free-to-play games. We track what changes quickly – patch notes, in-game events, working codes, and meta shifts – and publish it as soon as we can verify it.

This page explains who we are, what we cover, and how we work. If you’re looking for our content standards, see our Editorial Standards. For details on affiliate links, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

What we cover

Our primary focus is on two games we cover in depth:

  • World of Tanks – patch notes, tank reviews, premium tank evaluations, tier-by-tier strategy, current events
  • RAID: Shadow Legends – champion analysis, dungeon strategies, clan boss approaches, current fusion and event guides, working promo codes

We also maintain coverage of selected other free-to-play titles, including Hero Wars, World of Warships, Roblox, Minecraft, and more. These games are not our main focus, but we keep their guides updated when significant changes happen.

How we work

For every game we cover, we follow a consistent process:

  • Official sources first. We track developer patch notes, official Discord announcements, and verified developer interviews before community speculation.
  • Community verification. We cross-check meta and tier information with active player communities – Reddit threads, public Discord servers, and verified content creators who play at endgame level.
  • Code verification. Every promo code we publish has been tested. We mark expired codes within one week of expiry, or remove them entirely when the list becomes too long.
  • Updates with timestamps. Time-sensitive articles – codes, current events, meta lists – carry a “Last updated” date so you know whether the information is current.

What we don’t do

Honesty matters more to us than scale, so we want to be clear about our limits:

  • We don’t pretend to be top-1% endgame players in every game we cover. Where deeper expertise is required, we credit our community sources rather than passing their insight off as our own.
  • We don’t republish promo codes we haven’t verified.
  • We don’t bury affiliate disclosures in fine print. If an article contains affiliate links, you’ll see it clearly stated.
  • We don’t cover games we’re not committed to following long-term – one-off articles for trending keywords aren’t our model.

Who we are

MobileGamesGuide is run by a small editorial team led by Mike. We started this project in early 2026 because we wanted a gaming information hub that prioritized accuracy and currency over churn – fewer articles, kept current, instead of more articles that drift out of date within weeks.

I started playing World of Tanks casually, then fell into a rabbit hole I never left. What drove me crazy about existing guides was that they skipped the basics and jumped straight to endgame meta. Here, we start from zero – because everyone does.

You can reach us anytime at contact@mobilegamesguide.com or through our contact page. We respond to most inquiries within 48 hours.

Why follow us

If you play any of the games we cover, here’s what you get by following MobileGamesGuide:

  • Patch notes summarized within 48 hours of official release – what changed, what it means for your gameplay, who benefits, who got nerfed
  • Current event guides with day-by-day strategy as the event progresses, not generic templates
  • Verified promo codes updated weekly, with expired ones clearly marked
  • Affiliate transparency – when we recommend something with an affiliate link, you’ll see exactly which partner program we’re part of

Follow us on Facebook for updates, or check back here for new guides. New content goes up several times per week during active in-game events.
