About Mobile Games Guide
Mobile Games Guide publishes code lists, event news and guides for mobile and browser games. Articles are written and updated by the Mobile Games Guide Editorial team. We started with Hero Wars and will add other games once we can source them properly.
How we check codes
We list a code or gift link only if the game's publisher posted it on one of its own channels: the official website or news hub, the official community feed, or a social profile that the publisher links from its own site. We do not copy codes from other code sites, comment threads or videos by players.
For every code we record:
- the code or link exactly as posted,
- the reward, when the post names it (if it does not, we say so instead of guessing),
- the expiry date and time from the post, converted to UTC,
- the date we last checked it,
- a link to the original post.
The "Checked" date means we confirmed the code was still listed and not past its stated expiry on that day. We cannot test every code on every account, because some codes only work for new players, one region or a certain level. Expired codes
Once a code passes its expiry date, we move it to the Expired table on the same page rather than deleting it, so you can tell that a code you found elsewhere is old. This happens automatically when the expiry time passes, even before we next edit the page.
Guides and news
Facts in our guides come from official patch notes, news posts, support articles and the game itself. We do not publish tier lists or meta rankings without data we can point to, and we do not claim to have tested something we have not. Every article shows the date of its last real update under the headline, and the address of a page stays the same when we update it.

Some pages show a box marked Sponsored. Those links go through mobilegamesguide.com/go/ and may earn us a commission. They never change which codes we list or what we say about a game. We are an independent fan site and are not affiliated with the game publishers we cover.
