Wodryn's Season: what is new in Hero Wars

What changed at a glance

Wodryn, the new Nature tank

The official season post frames Wodryn as a stranger who walks out of a mysterious grove into a city getting ready for a celebration. In battle he is a tank: he shields his allies, deals heavy attacks of his own and cleanses negative effects from the team. That last part matters, because cleansing is rare on tanks and makes him useful against teams that rely on debuffs.

Dominion turns 10

Hero Wars: Dominion Era celebrates its 10th anniversary in this season. Nexters promises plenty of gifts, special activities and new content for the occasion. Anniversaries in Hero Wars usually come with extra gift links in the community feed, so watch our codes page through the season.

New relics for Nature heroes

Wodryn, Mushy and Shroom all receive new relics. If you already invested in Mushy and Shroom, this is a good season to keep them in your rotation. If you are new, a Nature core with Wodryn in front is one of the clearer goals this season offers.

Crimson Grove skins

The season adds the Crimson Grove skin set, built around autumn colors. Skins in Hero Wars are more than looks: each one adds stats to its hero when you level it, so a skin for a hero you use is a real upgrade.

Codes that came with the season

The season launch brought eight Alliance codes at once, all ending on October 26, 2026 at 01:00 UTC.

Dominion Era players get gift links instead. See them on the Hero Wars codes page.
