Shards are a currency. Treat them like one.

How many to keep

A comfortable reserve for a fusion is about 30 ancients, 5 voids and 2 sacreds, plus the mystery shards you will need for its summon events. Above that, spend ancients during 2x events to keep your roster growing.

Two mistakes

  • Pulling one shard at a time whenever you get one. You lose the 2x bonus and tournament points.
  • Hoarding forever. Shards in the vault do not fight. Spend them when the event you saved for arrives.

Building a stockpile

  1. Hit Clan Boss daily for the shard chests.
  2. Finish Progress Missions for the big one-time shard rewards.
  3. Climb Doom Tower each rotation for its shards.
  4. Redeem codes as they appear; see the codes page.
