What to include in your message
To help us respond faster, here’s what’s useful depending on what you’re reaching out about:
Reporting an error or outdated information
- The URL of the article
- A brief description of what’s incorrect
- The corrected information, if you have it (a link to a source is even better)
We aim to acknowledge correction reports within 48 hours and update articles within 48 hours of confirming the issue. See our Editorial Standards for more on how we handle corrections.
Suggesting an article or topic
- The game or topic you’d like us to cover
- Why you think it would be useful (what’s missing from existing guides?)
- Whether you have specific sources, players, or communities we should reach out to
We can’t promise to cover everything, but we genuinely consider every suggestion. Topics with active community demand and clear gaps in existing coverage move up the queue.
Submitting a working code we missed
- The game and the code
- Where you found it (official source, content creator, social post – we’ll re-verify regardless)
- Any time restrictions you’re aware of
We verify every code before adding it. Even if we don’t add it (because we can’t reproduce the redemption), thanks for the heads-up.
Business or partnership inquiries
For partnership programs, sponsorship, or advertising opportunities outside of the standard ad networks we already use, please include:
- Your company and what you’re proposing
- Whether you’re representing a game publisher, a service, or another party
- How this fits with the games and audience we already cover

Response times
We typically respond within 48 hours. For complex requests (research-heavy corrections, large article suggestions, partnership proposals), we may take longer to give you a thoughtful reply rather than a quick acknowledgment.
